I placed an order around nighttime of 13/02 which was to be delivered on 14/02 as a surprise to my girlfriend for Valentine???s Day. Everything went smoothly. The order was delivered on 14/02 and she loved the flowers. Special thanks to the young lady who called me when she needed some clarification on the whereabouts of the delivery address. Would order again.

The team at Book and Gifts Florists were superb. I placed the order for delivery the next day, and 30 minutes after placing my order the team called to say that they didn't have all the flowers in the bouquet but they would replace them with similar options - which I had no problem with and I was very impressed by the prompt reply. Later that day I found out the recipients wouldn't be at home, so I called first thing the next day and they were very gracious and confirmed the delivery could be moved to another date. Amazing customer service AND the bouquet was BEAUTIFUL! Highly recommend.
